Meet Dr. Christy Martin, PT, DPT
Owner and Pelvic Floor Specialist at Happy Core Happy Floor PT
Hey there happy momma! Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy changed my life and I know it will change yours too. After having kids (2 beautiful girls), I have realized there is a significant lack of education, resources, support, and guidance for women on this journey to motherhood.

Everywhere I go I meet Mommas who are uncomfortable and in pain while pregnant or their body never recovers after having children. I can relate! Yes, your life goals have changed, but I believe your body is resilient. You can recover with help from a pelvic floor physical therapist.
I know how important it is to feel comfortable and supported when taking care of your body. That’s why I chose to practice inside Cary House — a beautiful, welcoming space that feels nothing like a traditional clinic.

My goal is to empower you with the knowledge, guidance, and support to work towards a happy core, happy floor, and happy momma.

Why Choose Happy Core Happy Floor PT?

Our Approach
We provide specialized, one-on-one pelvic floor and postpartum care in a warm, private space inside Cary House. Unlike busy clinics, our approach allows time for listening, education, and personalized treatment so you feel supported every step of the way.
Here’s what makes our care different:
-
Flexible Options: In-person care at Cary House, with virtual visits available for extra support from the comfort of your own home—perfect for new moms not quite ready to get out but still needing care.
-
Direct Access: You'll always speak directly with the owner and licensed PT—not an admin.
-
Personalized Care: Real-life movement assessments and routines tailored to your daily life.
-
Specialized Focus: We only treat pelvic floor and perinatal concerns—this is our passion, not a side service.
-
Empowering Support: We coach, educate, and guide you every step - not just hand you exercises.
-
Whole-Person Healing: Our goal is to help you feel strong and confident in your current body—not chase a pre-baby version of yourself.
